You want more out of life. You’re not satisfied with the status quo.
And when it comes to your potential? You’ve barely scratched the surface.
If this sounds like you, we should talk.
Most coaches, counselors and healers address your thoughts — what’s going on in your head.
I’m more interested in what you hold in your body.
Because how you hold your body is how you hold your whole damn life.
I’m not here to tell you how to live or what to do.
I’m here to help you get out of your own way.
Want to work together?
Let’s talk.
What I do is nervous system healing for high performers — getting rid of stress and trauma stored subconsciously in your body.
Your body is a written record of your lived experience. It holds onto all of your old accidents and injuries, emotional scars, fears and undigested trauma.
Lived trauma. Ancestral trauma. All of it.
In my fifteen years of practice, I have observed that change which takes place slowly and incrementally over a longer period of time is deeper, more impactful and more permanent.
Therefore, the commitment to work with me is a minimum of 12 months.
If this is what you’re looking for, let’s talk.
Who is this for?
My clients are individuals, just like you.
They come from all walks of life; however, they share certain characteristics.
First and foremost, they are all high achievers. Some are athletes, equestrians or artists. Others are entrepreneurs, business executives, thought leaders or creative visionaries.
All want — need — to maintain their edge and perform at their peak potential both mentally and physically while cultivating a deeper spiritual connection to their innermost self.
Examples of the types of clients I have worked with in the past:
Athletes
As an athlete, your performance relies on the ability of your mind and body to function in synergy with laser focus, lightening reflexes and the capacity to generate power through your body.
The work that I do with athletes brings your body into better balance, alleviates pain and strain and frees your mind from mental clutter so you can heal old injuries, improve strength and agility and focus with crystal clarity.
Equestrians
I have a particular passion for working with equestrians to help them form a deeper partnership with their horse. Horses have been some of my greatest teachers in applying the work that I do, and I love to pass along these lessons to other riders.
Together, we will work to enhance your connection with your horse, improve your balance and alignment in the saddle (and in life), and optimize you and your horse’s performance. Programs for equestrians are completely customized due to the unique nature of working with a human/equine partnership and include on location work for both the horse and rider.
Entrepreneurs
As a business owner, you are the visionary. You’re creating something that has never before been seen on this planet, and as such, it is imperative that all of your faculties to function at peak levels.
The work that I do integrates your mind and body, healing emotional scars and limiting beliefs that are lodged in your cells and impeding your vision. The result is greater mental clarity and creativity as well as a supercharged intuition.
Creative Visionaries
Calling all artists, actors, authors, musicians and performers! You are on the leading edge of creation, pushing not only your own boundaries but those of culture and society.
Together we will work to peel away the layers obscuring your vision for enhanced creativity and performance.
Thought Leaders
Do you have a maverick message to release into the world? Thought leaders and bringing into existence new levels of understanding and healing for our society, but you can only take people as far as you yourself have gone.
The work that we will do together will help you to stay centered on your message without getting waylaid by cultural conditioning and societal constructs that serve to keep you playing in a small sandbox.
For all clients, my work is completely customized to your needs. You will never be forced into a program that does not mesh with your goals and lifestyle.
This is why I interview every single client prior to entering into a working relationship with them — to make absolutely sure that it’s not only a fit, but that I’m confident that together we can get you to your goals.
I pride myself on two things:
Meeting you where you’re at: I tailor my work to you. No cookie cutter, formulaic approaches. Together we’ll do a complete assessment of your needs and goals and customize our approach for optimal results.
Which brings me to…
Results: Frankly, I’m motivated by your success. While I don’t have the power to transform anyone (that comes down to you), I don’t accept clients into my programs if it’s not a fit. I’m not interested in you endlessly spinning your wheels while going nowhere. Let’s move that needle.

*Please note that it’s important to have your symptoms evaluated by a qualified medical physician and to follow their guidelines for treatment. Working with me is not a substitute for qualified medical care, nor is it intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Resolution of symptoms related to medical conditions is coincidental to the regulation of the nervous system and is not the aim or intention of my work.
I’m not traumatized. Can we still work together?
Trauma is a loaded word in this culture. We’ve been conditioned to think of trauma as a thing that happened to us — going to war, sudden loss, abuse, neglect.
It’s true that all of these experiences can result in trauma; however, I adhere to a more broad definition of trauma as it being what’s stored in the nervous system of a person or animal rather than the triggering event.
I have worked with many people who have never experienced overt trauma. In fact, often their lives look really good on paper. These people come from good families who live in safe neighborhoods. They’re educated, often affluent and have never suffered abuse or neglect.
However, they experience symptoms of nervous system dysregulation — i.e. trauma — despite not being able to pinpoint the traumatic event or circumstances which caused their state of being. This is often true even after years of psychotherapy.*
This happens for a number of reasons. First, trauma gets into your body in a number of ways. A lot of nervous system trauma that my clients experience has all the hallmarks of happening pre-verbally or possibly even pre-birth.
Second, nervous systems entrain. Meaning: if your caregivers, close family and community are dysregulated, you will “learn” this pattern and it will become your default. You won’t feel traumatized because being a dysregulated state seems normal. It’s what you’re used to.
But you will experience the symptoms.
And third, I contend that every person living in a modern society carries some level of nervous system trauma because the high levels of stress, overstimulation through the prevalence of technology and constant pressure to perform at ever increasing levels mentally and physically create stress in your brain which in turn lodges in the cells of your body.
Our systems are overwhelmed, overloaded and under-resourced.
Therefore, you might not have an event in your life that you can point to and say, “I was traumatized,” but you almost definitely carry trauma in your body.
Personally, I use the terms “stress” and “trauma” interchangeably and actually prefer the former because it is less loaded and comes with a lot less baggage.
*Please note that I am not negating the importance of proper and qualified mental healthcare. Therapy can be an integral part of a healing program. I am merely highlighting that in our culture of mind-based analytical practices, the neurobiological basis of trauma which is stored in muscle and nerve cells within the body is often left out or ignored.
How does this work?
Every client is unique and my programs are customized to you with the appropriate mix of virtual consults and in-person healing sessions.
I have specific programs for equestrians that include work with both the horse and rider.
In general, I use body based movement and coaching practices to break up nervous system patterns of holding onto stress and tension. These practices draw from both modern neuroscience and ancient healing wisdom. I often incorporate energy healing and muscle testing modalities as well.
I have chronic pain/anxiety/depression. Will this work for me?
While it will theoretically help with your condition, working with me is not intended to take the place of medical diagnosis and care by a qualified physician. Speak with your doctor to ensure that this work is safe for you to pursue in combination with medical treatments and prescriptions prior to working with me.
